Your Child's First Visit
The objective of this visit is to answer your questions regarding your child’s dental development and to provide education and guidance for oral development, as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. At this visit, we will guide you and your child on healthy dietary practices, proper oral hygiene habits and techniques, and evaluate their growth and orthodontic development.
Some ways to prepare for this visit begins at home:
- Read a story about the first dental visit to your child
- Role-play being the doctor and count your child’s teeth
- Always use positive language and refrain from sharing negative experiences
- You can even try using an electric toothbrush to simulate dental instrument

Financial and Insurance Information
It is our primary goal and responsibility to help our patients obtain good dental health and we wish to assist you in obtaining that goal.
Payment in full is expected at the time of treatment. When this is not possible, financial arrangements are made prior to treatment. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Our practice also offers Care Credit, a third-party financing program. Our patient care coordinators will assist in providing a plan suited to your individual needs.
We welcome military dependent insurance for our families in the community.
Please bring your dental insurance information with you to your appointment so that we may bill your insurance provider as a courtesy to you. Patients must provide accurate and complete insurance information so we may assist you in completing dental claims properly.
We will make every attempt to maximize your insurance benefits, but please remember that professional services are rendered and charged to the patient and not the insurance company.
