Ken Szymanski, DDS

When Dr. Ken isn't commanding the Simi or Oxnard Space Stations, he can usually be found in front of his computer or on the links enjoying a round of golf.

He also likes to work in his kitchen preparing "gourmet" meals for his wife, Patty, and their two cats, Sparky and Cinder. He is a graduate of University of Detroit Dental School and received his specialty certification in Pediatric Dentistry from UCLA Harbor General Hospital. Betsy Kaplan, DMD

Betsy Kaplan, DMD

When she isn't flying kites at the beach, or at home finger-painting with daughters Hannah and Alex, Dr. Betsy Kaplan spends her time at our Space Stations in Oxnard and Camarillo.

Dr. Betsy received her bachelor's degree from Boston University, and her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Following a general practice residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Long Beach, she practiced General Dentistry for two years before completing her training in Pediatric Dentistry at UCLA.

In her spare time, Dr. Betsy volunteers for the Special Olympics and teaches elementary school children about good dental care.

Eddie Lopez, DDS

Eddie Lopez, DDS

Dr. Eddie Lopez's love of kids is what inspired him to become a pediatric dentist. While in dental school at Loma Linda University, he had the extraordinary opportunity to provide dental care for less fortunate kids throughout the world. That's when he realized the need to combine his love for kids with his love of dentistry. He went on to complete his specialty training in pediatric dentistry, also at Loma Linda, where he now serves on the faculty.

Dr. Eddie is excited to be back in his home town of Oxnard as the newest member of our spaceship's "flight crew." He is fluent in Spanish, is a licensed private pilot, and enjoys "hanging ten" off the end of his surfboard all over the Ventura County coastline. Welcome aboard, Dr. Eddie!

Eunha Cho, DDS

A native of Southern California, Dr. Cho loves to work with children and is enthusiastic about making the world cavity-free! A very serious Bruin, she received her bachelor’s degree and dental degree at UCLA, then went on to do her residency training in pediatric dentistry….you guessed it, at UCLA! During her specialty training, she was involved in teaching dental students and also participated in providing care for children from low income families in Los Angeles.

During her free time, Dr. Cho enjoys indoor rock climbing and yoga, but her favorite way to relax is to attend theater, concerts, and other cultural events. She also loves to cook and has a passion for learning about foods throughout the galaxy.

Patients and parents alike will enjoy meeting and getting to know Dr. Eunha Cho.
